Role Description<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

V-Label International is looking for an Operations & IT Support Specialist. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & IT Support Specialist to support our internal operations, systems administration, and organizational workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hours: 20-40h per week<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hourly rate: 15 to 30 EUR\/h, depending on experience and location<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key role responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Operations & Systems Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Help operations manager with coordination and management of onboarding and offboarding processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Administer and maintain the organization\u2019s Wrike workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support organizational OKR planning, tracking, and progress monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assist in developing and improving operational workflows and internal processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    IT & Administrative Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Respond to internal IT and operational support requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across organizational platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Support website updates, content changes, and basic platform administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assist the IT Officer with the launch and maintenance of organizational websites<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Required<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • At least 1 year of experience in operations, IT support, systems administration, or a similar role<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • English level: B2 or higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience using project management and collaboration tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Comfortable managing user accounts and permissions across multiple platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proficiency with Google Workspace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Preferred<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Experience with Wrike administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, or operational planning processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Experience supporting website administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Exercise 1 (IT Support)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            A new employee is joining the organization in two days. Their manager reports the following issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • They cannot access Wrike<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The manager also requests a small update to the organization\u2019s website homepage banner text<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Please explain, step-by-step, how you would handle this situation from start to finish (200 words or less).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Exercise 2 (Operations Support)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Your organization is preparing for a new quarterly OKR cycle involving three departments that must coordinate closely with each other. Leadership wants the process to be organized, transparent, and easy to track across teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Please describe how you would organize and manage the OKR planning process from start to finish (200 words or less).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
