Rien qu&#8217;en 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2021\/jan\/05\/veganuary-record-number-people-pledge-eat-vegan-food-january\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plus de 500 000 personnes ont adh\u00e9r\u00e9 au programme &#8220;Veganuary&#8221;<\/a>, et les burgers v\u00e9ggies, les pizzas au chou-fleur ou les boulettes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales sont d\u00e9sormais consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des denr\u00e9es courantes. Plus de 500 \u00e9tablissements d&#8217;h\u00e9bergement dans le monde entier remplissent les conditions requises pour \u00eatre un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.veggie-hotels.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;h\u00f4tel veggie&#8221;<\/a>.
