Role Description

V-Label International is looking for an Operations & IT Support Specialist. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & IT Support Specialist to support our internal operations, systems administration, and organizational workflows.

Hourly rate: 15 to 30 EUR/h, depending on experience and location

Reports to: Senior Team Lead Operations

Key role responsibilities

Operations & Systems Support

  • Help operations manager with coordination and management of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer and maintain the organization’s Wrike workspace
  • Support organizational OKR planning, tracking, and progress monitoring
  • Assist in developing and improving operational workflows and internal processes

IT & Administrative Support

  • Respond to internal IT and operational support requests
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across organizational platforms
  • Support website updates, content changes, and basic platform administration
  • Assist the IT Officer with the launch and maintenance of organizational websites
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, IT support, systems administration, or a similar role
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools
  • Comfortable managing user accounts and permissions across multiple platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues independently
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

Preferred

  • Experience with Wrike administration
  • Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, or operational planning processes
  • Experience supporting website administration

Exercise 1 (IT Support)

  • They cannot access Wrike

Your organization is preparing for a new quarterly OKR cycle involving three departments that must coordinate closely with each other. Leadership wants the process to be organized, transparent, and easy to track across teams.
